I think I would. Take the flooring for example. I did some
research. It would be way cheaper to use my neighbour who's a
designer. I talked to the development people and found out that if
I went with my own flooring contractor, I would be voiding some
warranties. Like the upstairs plumbing, cracks on the subfloor,
etc. When we signed the purchase agreement, they gave us a 5 inch
thick binder to read up on.
